Take off any jewelry or white clothing that could leave visible tan lines. Be sure to remove all jewelry before entering the tanning booth. Although the tanning solution will not harm jewelry, it could leave unsightly marks on the person tanning. Better safe than streaky!

Directly after the tan it is important to remove any excess solution from the bottom of the feet, or the palms of the hands.
